Location: Various sites in the UK
Salary: £18-25K depending on experience
Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit a Field staff coordinator. The post holder will be working with both candidates and clients making sure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will need to learn and understand your client’s to maintain excellent relationships. This would mean overlooking the whole operation, working closely with the management team and deal with a number of enquiries.
Main responsibilities:
• Build strong effective working relationships with client management team
• Liaise on the daily basis with the Pro-Force Farm Manager
• Looking after Pro-Force employees , motivating staff and making sure targets are met
The ideal candidate must have:
• Supervisory experience , farm preferred
• Driving licence
• Have the following language skills
o Fluent English speaker
o Fluency in 2nd language ideally, Russian, Latvian, Polish Bulgarian or Romanian.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to motivate staff and bring out the best in them to reach daily targets
• Excellent verbal communication skills
